01About our text messages
Crystal Team Detailing sends text messages from 848-800-2211 to customers who ask for them. Our texts are about your account and your service only:
- one-time sign-in and verification codes;
- booking updates: request received, approval with your deposit link, deposit reminders, expiry notices, confirmations, day-before reminders, reschedules or cancellations;
- custom quotes, and a thank-you after your service with a link to leave a review;
- replies to messages you send us.
We don't send marketing or promotional texts. If we ever offer them, we'll ask for your separate consent first, and you won't have to agree in order to buy anything.
02How you opt in
You agree to receive these texts at the mobile number you give us when you:
- request a sign-in or verification code by text on our website;
- check the agreement box and submit a booking or quote request;
- text us first at 848-800-2211.
03Message frequency & cost
How many texts you get depends on what you do. A booking usually means about 4–7 texts: request received, approval with the deposit link, a deposit reminder if needed, confirmation, a day-before reminder and a thank-you. Each sign-in or verification code is one text. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
04Opting out — STOP
You can stop our texts at any time. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message. We'll send one final text to confirm and then stop texting that number. To start again, reply START.
If you opt out, we can still reach you by email or phone call about an existing booking. You can still sign in to your account with an email code.

06Carriers & supported numbers
Texts are sent to U.S. mobile numbers on supported carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, so we can't guarantee that every message will arrive.
