About our exterior detailing
A proper exterior detail is far more than a car wash. We start with a thick foam pre-wash to loosen dirt safely, hand wash with clean mitts, decontaminate the paint, and finish with a protective layer that leaves real gloss.
Everything is done at your home, office or another convenient spot — no waiting at a car wash, and no brushes touching your paint.

How much does exterior detailing cost?
Exterior Detailing starts at $100, depending on your vehicle's size and type. Final price may vary based on vehicle condition. Any adjustment is discussed with you before we start.
How long does exterior detailing take?
Plan for about 2 hours for a typical vehicle. Larger vehicles or heavily soiled interiors can take longer.
Do you come to me?
Yes — Crystal Team is fully mobile. We come to your home, office, hangar or another convenient location across Central New Jersey, including East Windsor, Princeton, Trenton, West Windsor, Hamilton, Robbinsville, Cranbury, South Brunswick and nearby towns. Locations outside our free service area may have a travel fee.
How do I book exterior detailing?
Choose your location, vehicle and time on our booking page and send a request. We review it and text you once it's approved; you then have 30 minutes to pay the $150 deposit to secure the time. The remaining balance is paid on-site after the service.
Is a hand wash safe for my paint?
Yes — that's the point of it. A foam pre-wash and careful hand wash avoid the brushes and recycled water of automatic washes, which are a common cause of swirl marks.
What if it rains on the day?
We work outdoors, so heavy rain or unsafe conditions mean we'll reschedule with you at no charge.
